Coastal Volleyball Club

Mike has coached both Farm and Pre-teen volleyball teams through the Great Neck Recreation League for the past eight seasons. The Farm team he coached made the play-offs three times and won the championship twice. They finished the season undefeated with a record of 28 – 0 last season. Mike became involved with volleyball when his daughter, Cassidy, wanted to learn to play and her team needed a coach.  Mike has really enjoyed learning the game and watching his many returning players step up their game each season.

Mike was a baseball and basketball player and was on many all-star and championship teams throughout high school. He graduated from Cox High School and is currently employed by Virginia Beach City Public School. Mike has his Master Plumber License and Master Gas Fitters License. He is looking forward to his first season with Coastal as the 12 Gold Coach.
