Attention all parents and players.  The information to the left will give you more information about Coastal along with budget estimates and tournaments that our teams will be attending in 2012.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coastal Boy's Coordinator - Scott Horning or Assistant Coordinator - Steve Blevins.

Thank you for coming out to Coastal's tryouts.  It was great to see so many great athletes in the gym.  Congratulations to those who have been selected for teams. Coaches are in the process of making phone calls to all players that attended tryouts.  Please also know that teams are still looking for athletes to fill our rosters.  If you were were unable to attend a tryout, please contact Coordinator - Scott Horning  or Asstant Coordinator - Steve Blevins.

If you have accepted a position on a Coastal Team, please complete the following for contract signing:  

1.  USAV Registration  - Click on the following links for Returning USAV Members and New USAV Members and complete the on-line registration.  Please make sure you select, "Coastal VA Volleyball Club" as your club.

2.  USAV Medical Release Form - Download and complete the 2012 USAV Medical Release Form. 

3.  Volunteer Consent Form - Download and complete the USAV Volunteer Consent Form

4.  Player's Birth Certificate - Provide a copy of the player's birth certificate. 

5.  Tidewater Volleyball Association Membership - All Coastal members are required to join TVA.  Please Click Here to register on-line. 

6.  Please complete the on-line Coastal Player's Information Form for each athlete.

7.  Coastal Booster Club - One member of every family is required to join the Coastal Booster Club.  With your $15 membership you get a free Coastal T-Sheet.
